Why Me?

My past experience in this role combined with my abilities to demonstrate the necessary skills make me the perfect candidate for this position. I have provided examples of work which demonstrates my organisational abilities so that i can link that to the videos and pictures of me coordinating live shows in our studio. I have proven that i can work under pressure and deliver the best results, my work ethic is brilliant when it comes to this kind of thing because it is something that i really enjoy. There were nights during the rehearsals of these live shows where me and some of the other managerial roles were coming in 2 hours early and staying an hour or so late just to ensure that the experience is as good as possible for everyone involved and that the issues are ironed out, making sure that everyone had confidence in themselves and knew exactly what they were doing and what was expected of them as a result.

Additionally i have linked some work which shows my abilities and experience when it comes to the use of sophisticated equipment as i feel for it to be fair that someone is responsible for instructing groups of people on how to do their jobs it is important that they themselves have some experience within the sector and have at least a basic understanding of what it takes. Otherwise they may form and hold uninformed and unrealistic expectations on what should and can be achieved.
